Features of a good resume-objective
1/- It should be short and crisp and well-worded
2/- It should not present some pompous statement that is virtually unachievable
3/- It should be realistic and be in tune with the ethos of the institution
4/- It should take into consideration the applicant’s qualification and experience
5/- It would be better if the objective had a specific time frame and territory
Writing a resume writing objective is certainly not easy, especially when you realize that you are going to be judged based on its strength, degree of reality etc. therefore, you need to be really sure of what you are trying to convey. There is no point in making statements that are difficult to achieve and completely out of sync with the firm or institution that you plan to join.
