How it Works
The door to success is only 3 simple steps away.
1. You will begin the process by filling out our detailed questionnaire designed to give us the appropriate information necessary about your work history, educational experience, and achievements. We’re not looking for perfection – after all it’s our job to deliver that to you! What we need is the basic information necessary to accurately complete your document. The questionnaire will assist in telling us exactly what it is you’re looking for in a job, including your objectives and goals within a company. Upon receiving your information, a writer will be assigned and you will receive correspondence shortly thereafter on a personal message board unique to your order. At any point during the process, you will have the ability to collaborate and communicate with the resume writer in order to meet all of your needs and answer all inquiries.
2. At this time your writer may contact you concerning any additional information they may need in order to accurately complete your order. Once this information has been obtained you can expect to receive your resume within 24-72 hours, depending on your chosen preference when the order was placed. Upon receiving your document, which will be attached to your personal message board, you will have the option to review the content and decide if there are any revisions or modifications which you would like to have. The process for this is simple; you will communicate with your writer on the message board and explain any requests you have to them directly. We will work with you until the results meet your highest level of satisfaction.
3. When you feel fully confident with the results of your resume or CV, it’s time to begin submitting your document to potential employers. If you plan on posting your resume on different job sites, we recommend adding a .txt version of your resume to your order. This will make it very easy for you to copy and paste the info to the target site. As well, you can get a .pdf version of the resume for a more polished and refined appearance.
